The LTDA are an interested party in Uber’s licensing appeal. The LTDA will be drawing the courts attention to Uber’s failure to inform TfL of serious failings in its systems for over a month after they first became aware and discussed it at board level. This delay allowed unlicensed and uninsured drivers to continue to gain access to its platform and customers.
